Wild rice with vegan chicken and asparagus
We were in a resturant called Yard house on the weekend. It has great vegan menu too. My husband had ordered Jasmine rice-vegan chicken( soy) bowl. It was delicious. Inspired by it, I decided to cook similar dish, with couple of substitutions. It was very simple.
Ingredients
I used-cultivated wild rice, Gardein vegan chicken tenders, ginger sriracha seasoning, low sodium soy sauce, fresh asparagus.
Recipe-
I cooked the wild rice with little salt and ginger seasoning. In separate. pan sautéed the vegan tenders with soy sauce and sriracha seasoning. In another pan boiled asparagus to al dente consistency. As simple as that.
To serve-
on a scoops of wild rice, add asparagus and vegan chicken. It was delicious and healthy. Served hot with ……..
