The only way to die gracefully is to live gracefully. When one lives a life of unconditional happiness, one is free from attachment to everything mortal, including this body. One is complete. Life and death are then just change of clothing; a rite of passage, a step in one’s evolution.
Inspired by this RAW, penned few verses-
Death become Hymn
My story loses power
when it gains words
that float in deliberate nothingness.
Yet as death holds my hand
I embrace it with love
taught by faith
as we surrender to Him.
Do you remember?
Remember, eons ago
we fell from Light;
when we died together
knotted with strings of attachments,
poisoned by their vice.
Annihilated,
because of our love for you and I.
This mortal love- somewhat incomplete.
Death became us.
Now, in this lifetime let’s transcend that.
We still hold hands.
Disguised in mortality
we rise to His light.
May we again die together
( let our death become a hymn)
now, for eternal love of Him?
