Meditation in Life Raw 11/27/18
Practice not being overwhelmed-
I tried to be vigilant in not being overworked. I reiterate my ‘ attachment’ to Time. I realize it’s my biggest cause of feeling overwhelmed. Whether I’m behind schedule in seeing patients at work ( because the last person had 1o medical issues which can’t be discussed in 15 minutes) or trying to meet children’s s busy schedules…. The demands on time are numerous.
I remind myself that I will try to do the best of my potential. I cannot be Usain Bolt in running the life’s track, but I can try my best to meet life with a smile and not frown.
