1. The first class taught me to about humility and how I should respond and not react.
2. 2. The second class taught me about the pyramid for happiness and the scientist Mazlo.
3. 3. The third class taught me to want less, work less, and live more.
4. 4. The fourth class taught me about simplicity.
5. 5. The fifth class taught me to focus on purity which is positivity and not impurity which is negativity.
6. 6. The sixth class taught me to not think, use, or write the word “don’t.”
7. 7. The seventh class taught me the 5 ways we are happiness and how we can control our happiness.

9. 9. The ninth class taught me to focus more on what’s important and urgent rather than focusing on what’s not urgent and not a priority.
10. 10. The tenth class taught me to focus on constructive criticism and not destructive criticism.
